Code of Ethics
Ethics lie at the heart of business operations and a culture of integrity. For Kering, this represents both an unwavering ethical commitment and an indispensable principle of trust that sustains the continuity of its business. This culture of integrity is built upon strict compliance with laws and regulations, as well as each employee's commitment to the Group's values in their daily work.
Kering adopts a zero-tolerance stance towards corruption and any behaviour that violates the principles of integrity.
Since 2005, building on the ethical foundation laid down in 1996, Kering has progressively internalised its ethical standards, making them a guiding principle for everyday action. In 2026, Kering published a revised Code of Ethics, incorporating updates to the Group's policies, procedures and whistleblowing platform. It is available in 17 language versions.
The Code establishes a comprehensive framework of conduct, clearly defining the standards that all employees must uphold when performing their duties and in their dealings with stakeholders. Serving as a practical guide complemented by concrete examples, it supports employees in navigating questions, difficulties and ethical dilemmas.
Kering Suppliers and Business Partners Charter
Kering's suppliers and business partners are regarded as an indispensable part of the Group's ecosystem. To this end, the Kering Suppliers and Business Partners Charter defines the ethical and legal compliance standards that third-party partners are required to uphold, covering in particular respect for human rights, fundamental freedoms, health and safety, and environmental protection. The Charter forms an integral part of the contractual documentation of Kering's suppliers and business partners and is available in 21 language versions.
